My name is Denette I'm a licensed, bonded and Insured general contractor and designer. As a woman in construction, my journey began with a simple belief: that strength, vision, and craftsmanship aren't defined by gender—they're defined by passion and purpose. I entered the construction industry because I saw homes not just as buildings, but as stories waiting to be shaped with care, precision, and integrity.
Breaking into a male-dominated field wasn't easy, but I was driven by a desire to challenge stereotypes and build something real—not just with my hands, but with my values. After years of hands-on experience, learning every trade I could, I earned my contractor’s license in Los Angeles and founded a business that brings quality, honesty, and a woman’s touch to every project.

Today, I lead with both grit and grace, proud to create spaces that empower, comfort, and inspire. From ADUs and home remodels to full-scale builds, I’m here to prove that construction is not just a job—it’s a calling! My mission is to break barriers, raise standards, and leave a legacy of quality, integrity, and inspiration — one breathtaking project at a time!
