I was born and raised in London and came to Los Angeles in my early teens. I began my career in events by opening restaurants around the United States. I then developed a passion for creating extraordinary events and galas for the entertainment industry. I Look forward to hearing from you!

Halle founded HD Structural in 2019 with nearly 10 years of structural engineering experience on a wide range of projects around the world; including museums, hospitals, mixed-use high rise structures, university buildings, parking structures and renovations.

Utilizing her experience and passion for design, Halle approaches projects with a focus on performance, efficiency and innovation.

Halle holds a PE license in the states of California and New York. Halle previously worked with Ghafari Associates in Michigan and LERA Consulting Structural Engineers in New York and Los Angeles.

Halle holds a MSE and BSE in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on Structures from the University of Michigan (go blue!) 

I started understanding accounting at the early age of 3yrs. My grandparents raised from birth until 5, my grandmother when to the next level of energy, she is now my "Guardian" Angel Spirit Guide. My grandmother, her mother and her mother's mother were all bookkeepers and keep their clients bookkeeping information memorized! I grew up with numbers, it's very enjoyable to analyze a business in which to help them to see a more profitable bottom line for their company. My degree is in business marketing, I had a plan on going to medial school to become a surgeon, but I was also drawn back to numbers. I made a decision to open up an accounting practice in 2012. As a homage to the strong minority women who taught me the language of business,"Accounting", Guardian was founded!

Monica Kenyon, founder of Body Mind Events, has been immersed in the world of event planning from a young age. Growing up, she helped her parents organize both large events and intimate gatherings at their restaurant, gaining valuable experience from the age of twelve. Her passion for creating memorable moments continued as she worked as a photographer for weddings and fraternity & sorority events, capturing special memories for clients. After college, Monica transitioned into the role of Assistant Director, where she honed her skills in organizing large-scale events in various locations.

Shantell Martin was born in London and today lives and works in Los Angeles. A public speaker, philosopher, cultural facilitator, curator, choreographer, songwriter and performer, Martin produces live illustrations, frequently at scale and often as part of live collaborations, exploring themes such as intersectionality, identity, and play. Martin has had solo shows at the Denver Art Museum, The New Britain Museum of American Art and produced commissions for the Museum of Modern Art (New York) and the New York City Ballet, as well as working with a number of high-profile musicians and designers.

I have worked in a myriad of healthcare settings, including hospitals and consulting, that have led me to craft a highly specialized career in surgical services, legal nurse consulting and healthcare entrepreneurship.
