Adam Isaac Ebert (he/him) is the founder and Principal Creative of Blu Fable, an LGBTBE™ certified creative content agency that helps organizations give voice to their values. With a background in psychology and a gift for creative messaging, he has spent the past 15 years making mistakes and failing often - but with tenacity. Now on his third (and final) company, Adam has a passion for sharing his hard-learned knowledge and experience with fellow founders and leaders.
 
Adam volunteers his time as an LGBTBE certification site visitor for the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), and serves on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles LGBTQ Chamer of Commerce.
