Dr. Steve Yacovelli (“The Gay Leadership Dude”) is Owner & Principal of TopDog Learning Group, LLC, a leadership, change management, and diversity and inclusion consulting firm based in Orlando, FL but with “TopDoggers” throughout North America. Steve’s been in the leadership and organizational learning space most of his career, and has worked with such greats at IBM, The Walt Disney Company, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and The American Library Association. His latest book, “Pride Leadership: Strategies for the LGBTQ+ Leader to be the King or Queen of their Jungle” ‘came out’ in June 2019.
